1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and TinyWins, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the TinyWins mobile application, the website at tinywins.app, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create a TinyWins account as a parent / guardian / caregiver. Children under 13 may use the Service only via a kid profile created and managed by their parent, and only with that parent's verifiable consent under COPPA / GDPR-K (see Privacy Policy §3).
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it accurate.
- You may not share your account with anyone outside your immediate family. Instead, invite them as co-parents, grandparents, or caregivers.
4. Family roles
TinyWins families have five member types:
- Primary parent — creates the family, holds billing, can add or remove members.
- Co-parent — full feature access, cannot manage billing or remove members.
- Grandparent — can approve chores, send coins toward rewards, view activity. Cannot create chores or manage members.
- Caregiver — can approve chores, view today's activity. Read-only otherwise.
- Kid — uses the kid surface only. No purchasing, no settings, no social features.
The primary parent is legally responsible for ensuring every adult invited to the family is authorized to participate, and that consent is obtained from any child's other parent or guardian as legally required.
5. Subscriptions & billing
TinyWins offers three optional paid tiers ("TinyWins+"):
- Monthly — US$4.99 per month.
- Annual — US$29.99 per year.
- Lifetime — US$49.99 one-time charge.
Prices may change. We'll notify primary parents at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and the new price will only apply at the next renewal — never retroactively.
6. Free trial
New families get a 7-day free trial on Monthly or Annual subscriptions. The trial begins when you start it from the paywall. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins at the tier price above. You can cancel at any time during the trial via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased outright.
7. Auto-renewal
Monthly and Annual subscriptions auto-renew at the same interval (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price. You'll be charged within the 24-hour window before each renewal date. You can disable auto-renew at any time in the iOS Settings app — your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Lifetime purchases do not renew.
8. Refunds & cancellation
Subscription purchases on iOS are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their App Store refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly. EU residents have additional cancellation rights under EU consumer protection law — contact us at support@tinywins.app and we'll help you exercise them.
9. Your content
You retain ownership of every photo, family name, kid profile, task title, and other content you create in TinyWins ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not use Your Content for advertising or to train any models, including AI models.
You're responsible for ensuring Your Content doesn't violate anyone's privacy, copyright, or other rights — particularly photos of children other than your own.
10. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Upload sexually explicit, violent, or harassing content. Photo uploads are scanned by Cloud Vision SafeSearch and flagged content is quarantined.
- Use the Service to harm, intimidate, or deceive a child — yours or anyone else's.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the app.
- Use automated scripts to interact with the Service.
- Attempt to bypass family permissions, App Check, Firestore rules, or any other security control.
- Sell, sublicense, or rent your account or any family slot.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. In serious cases (e.g. content that endangers a child) we will cooperate with law enforcement as legally required.
11. Service availability
We work hard to keep TinyWins running 24/7, but we don't promise zero downtime. Maintenance, third-party outages (Firebase, Apple, RevenueCat), and the occasional bug will sometimes interrupt the Service. We don't owe refunds for short interruptions, but if the Service is materially unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during a paid period, contact us — we'll credit a proportional amount toward your next renewal.

TinyWins relies on Apple, Google Firebase, and RevenueCat. Each provider's own terms govern your relationship with them:

13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every family's expectations.
TinyWins is a helper for family routines — not a substitute for parenting, medical advice, or psychological guidance. The Service is not designed to diagnose, prevent, or treat any mental or physical condition.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyWins's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US$50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or emotional distress.
Some jurisdictions don't permit limits on certain types of liability. In those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
15. Termination
You can terminate your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, if your subscription is not paid, or if we are required to by law. On termination, your data will be handled per the deletion process described in Privacy Policy §9.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For minor clarifications, we'll bump the "Last updated" date and post the revised version here. For material changes — anything that increases your obligations or reduces your rights — we'll notify primary parents at least 30 days in advance via in-app notice and email. Continued use of the Service after a material change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless you reside in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws say otherwise — in which case those laws apply.
You and TinyWins each waive any right to a jury trial. Class actions are not permitted; claims must be brought individually. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
